All customers agree that purchase of any product through www.HouseofReem.com or www.ReemAkkad.com or through Reem Akkad Design constitutes agreement to all terms and conditions set forth below.

Shipping is the charge for catalog and internet order processing, item selection, packaging, transport, and handling. Additional fees may be applied for special requests, such as specifying the carrier and/or requesting future delivery dates. Listed lead times are not guaranteed, but are our most reasonable estimate and will fluctuate based on supplier availability and specific requests, such as gift wrapping and personalization. Shipments and deliveries are conducted solely on weekdays. Shipping charges and lead times are subject to change and will be determined by the supplier. All shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable.

Customers understand and agree that freight and sales tax on items is additional and that additional White Glove Delivery and drop ship fees may apply. Customers agree to pay all freight, dropship, and white glove delivery fees associated with their order.

Once a customer purchases  an item, a purchase order will be placed with the supplier and subsequently put into production (“Purchase Order”). Once a Purchase Order is placed an estimated time of shipment is “derived from the manufacturer” (not House of Reem or Reem Akkad Design). Customers accept that lead times can be significantly delayed due to supply chain disturbances, workforce deficiencies, Force Majeure (Acts of God) or other disturbances in the industry.

Merchandise purchased will be delivered by a third party. House of Reem by Reem Akkad Design shall not be liable or responsible for the conditions of Merchandise received, nor for the services of the third-party vendor, if any. The customer is responsible to inspect and approve the Merchandise upon arrival. If there are any issues or concerns about the Merchandise, the customer should not sign off on the delivery and should take photographs of box and damages and contact House of Reem by Reem Akkad Design immediately in writing at that time and at the latest twenty-four hours from the date of delivery so as to allow House of Reem by Reem Akkad Design the opportunity to pursue any warranty or guarantee on behalf of the customer.  The customer further acknowledges and agrees that the customer’s failure to promptly notify House of Reem by Reem Akkad Design of any defects or concerns may result in the voiding of or inability to pursue any guarantee or warranty.

The customer  further understands and agrees that House of Reem by Reem Akkad Design makes no warranties, however, for the goods or services House of Reem by Reem Akkad Design proposes, sells, designs or provides over and above the manufacturer’s or supplier’s warranties.  In particular, House of Reem by Reem Akkad Design cannot guarantee any fabric, material or article against fading, wearing, staining or latent defects.

Shipping charges and times may vary by merchandise.

Large items will have a shipping rate of 20% of the item's price.

Small items' shipping cost will be determined by the weight of the item.

Items ordered together may be shipped separately. Total shipping charges will be divided between all shipments, but not necessarily evenly.

Orders will be processed and shipped within 2-4 business days of receiving the order.

Any orders placed by a customer after 12:00 noon (EST) Friday will be processed the following week.

A signature may be required by the customer, and there may be additional charges if more than one delivery attempt is required.

House of Reem and Reem Akkad Design use a variety of carriers to ensure the best delivery experience for our customers.

House of Reem by Reem Akkad Design does not currently ship internationally.

House of Reem by Reem Akkad Design does not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Some large items may require special shipping arrangements. In these cases, House of Reem by Reem Akkad Design will contact the customer to make the necessary arrangements.

Once a customer purchases an item, most orders cannot be canceled, and therefore customer requests to do so will be assessed on a per-item basis with no guarantee of cancellation by House of Reem by Reem Akkad Design. Customers understand and agree that custom items cannot be canceled or returned under any circumstances. Shipping, delivery, and warehouse storage charges are non-refundable.

House of Reem by Reem Akkad Design makes no guarantees on the ability to cancel or change an order however If a customer need to make changes to an order, please contact House of Reem by Reem Akkad Design immediately and best efforts will be made to accommodate any changes before a purchase order has been processed and submitted. Once a customer's order is processed it cannot be canceled under any circumstances.

House of Reem by Reem Akkad Design cannot guarantee the lowest prices for the same products, neither is House of Reem by Reem Akkad Design obligated to research the lowest prices or price match sales, markdowns or discounts available elsewhere as some companies make similar products in differing qualities. House of Reem by Reem Akkad Design makes every attempt to provide customers with fair pricing based on costs provided. House of Reem by Reem Akkad Design works with trusted vendors through trade accounts and selects the most suitable products for clients. House of Reem by Reem Akkad Design will not provide vendor information for any of the products proposed. Past sales, promotions, and coupons cannot be applied to current purchases. Similarly, no current promotions, sales or coupons can be applied to past purchases. No coupons or discounts can be extended past their expiration or end date.

The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. House of Reem by Reem Akkad Design is not responsible for any shipping delays or additional charges incurred due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.

Large items will be delivered to the curbside or front door of the address provided at checkout. House of Reem by Reem Akkad Design does not offer in-home delivery or installation for large items.

The customer agrees to measure doorways, stairways and designated location before placing a furniture order to be sure merchandise will fit.
